i also use photoshop to animate my glitches but im not even going to attempt doing a tutorial on that because i suck at explanations as shown here

I really wanted to try this, but I literally cannot find even just the trial for CS4 anywhere; Adobe only wants me to download CS6.. I have GIMP, Flash CS5, and PS Elements 7.0, but I cannot figure out how to translate them x-x
